Anyone else having issues installing sigar gem on OS/X Mountain Lion?

I get lots and lots of errors when I install it -
https://raw.github.com/gist/4210300/ef34dd9074be2653e41185adc0041f5d11fb8893/gistfile1.txt

Or is there something mission/not installed on my fresh OS/X machine?

Using OS/X10.8.2 here, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the sigar gem with no
problems. Have you installed Xcode and the Command Line Tools?

I just updated my home system yesterday from Snow Leopard to Mountain
Lion (10.8.2).. installed the latest Xcode via App store and Xcode ->
Preferences -> Downloads tab then install the “Command Line Tools.”
I'm using rvm + 1.9.2, had to rvm install 1.9.2 to get past some
