Hello,
You could attempt to restart the Host Monitor service: CM -> Cloudera
Management Services -> Instances -> Select the Host Monitor instance
and click restart from the actions for selected instances blue button
above the instances table.
If this does not help, please post your Host Monitor instance's log
snippets, perhaps via pastebin.com.
