Hi Everyone,
I have a CDH4 cluster running in AWS and I had to stop the namenode to
resize it, unfortunately when you stop then start an ec2 instance it gets a
new private IP address and hostname. When the instance reconnected to CDH4
I had to manually edit a number of configuration files on it to update the
hostname being used in order to start services, is there a way to
regenerate the configuration files without reinstalling all the services?
