FAQ
I am unable to login to the cloudera manager Web UI. Mine is a free edition
of cloudera manager.
Looking at the logs in the /var/log/cloudera-scm-agent it shows error
heartbeating to the host-node (cloudera manager node)
I am not sure what is the issue here.

    Hi Mayank,

    Can you verify that the CM server is running? One way to check is by
    running: service cloudera-scm-server status

    Also, can you look at the server logs in
    /var/log/cloudera-scm-server/cloudera-scm-server.log
    and see if there's any errors reported there.
