I installed parcels and was able to install SolR with the new manager.
I am going through the installation validation and I can load the example
collection1
However, the sample velocity browse does not work.
Going through the log, it seems to not be loading the velocity classes as I
get statements like Error Loading *solr.VelocityResponseWriter*
I'm wondering if I missed a configuration at some step. I've gone through
the process a couple time.
I am running CDH 4.6.0 (latest) and Search 1.2.0 (latest)
