How to re-add same host back into cluster using cloudera manager

I have a 3 node cloudera cluster. Host2 crashed and had to be re-imaged
wiping out all data. I'm using CDH version: 4.3.0-1.cdh4.3.0.p0.22

Using Cloudera Manager I removed and deleted the node from the cluster and
then added as new host. Then it hung on "Installing Selected Parcels".
At that point it cannot add it has new node and manage host tab also hangs
on "Installing Selected Parcels"

Looking at the hdfs service instance status I see my 3 nodes but cannot get
the components installed on host2.

host3 172.18.9.143 /default CDH4 4 Role(s) Good 4.68s
ago

How can I get the parcels installed on host2 ? or if any advice on doing
this through cloudera manager that would be helpful.
