FAQ
I have done the following steps:

    1. Login to EC2 instance (with elastic ip address) using putty with user
id as ec2-user and private key file (.ppk).
    2. install cloudera manager using cloudera-manager-installer.bin
    3. Then go to http:<elastic ip>:7180 and login using admin/admin
    4. Then select classic wizard mode to specify ec2 instance elastic ip
    directly.
    5. Then at the "Provide SSH login credentials" page specify another user
as "ec2-user" and private key as the .ppk file used in step 1.
    6. Then click continue button

But next page showing error "Installation failed in all nodes".

Then I check the file
"/var/log/cloudera-scm-server/cloudera-scm-server.log" it shows the
following error
net.schmizz.sshj.common.SSHException: No provider available for Unknown key
file

    Problem resolved.
Actually, we need to use .pem (downloaded at the time of creating key pair
at AWS EC configuration page and which is actually used to generate ppk
file to ssh ec2 instance using putty).

But before proceed you have to uninstalled previously installed cloudera
    manager.
Then put FQDN information for all nodes in /etc/hosts file.
    And run ./cloudera-manager-installer.bin
