Hive tables are not deleting from warehouse directory (/user/hive/warehouse)

Team ,

while i am dropping the tables or database from hive it's not getting
deleted from /user/hive/warehouse directory but hive metadata information
getting changed,

I have applied sticky bit for hive warehouse directory .

-bash-4.1$ hadoop fs -ls /user/hive
Found 1 items
*drwxrwxrwt - hive hive 0 2013-09-19 12:46 /user/hive/warehouse*

I don't want to remove sticky bit for warehouse directory due to security
reasons because we are running cluster with multiple user environment.

how to make configuration settings to delete tables from warehouse
directory ( without applying 777 permission )
