version in database.

    CM server can't talk to the database. Did you just upgrade?
    If you're using the default postgres, can you check if it's running?

    Or, if you're using your own database, c
    an you check what's in /etc/cloudera-scm-server/db.*? Did the package
    move your old db.properties to a backup file?
