FAQ
Hi guys, I really dont know that to do.
I accidently changed the Hive metastore database type on the cloudera
manager from postgresql to mysql. There were radio buttons and I changed it.
But now I cant change it back?!? There now stands only
mysql
  default value

No radio buttons, nothing to change?!

Please send us a screenshot of the form you're trying to edit back to default.

Also try clicking on "Reset to default value" or a similar link in the
    same form element.

Oh shit, now I upgraded everything and I get in the cloudera manager the
    following error:
    *
    org.springframework.web.bind.annotation.support.HandlerMethodInvocationException
*:Failed to invoke handler method [public
    org.springframework.web.servlet.ModelAndView
    com.cloudera.server.web.cmf.cluster.ClusterController.showClusterCommandConfirmation(long,java.lang.String)];
nested exception is java.lang.IllegalStateException: No parameter name
specified for argument of type [long], and no parameter name information
    found in class file either.

To change the Hive Metastore database type, just click on where it says
"mysql" and the radio buttons will appear again.

What page are you trying to view when you get that exception? Did you
    restart everything after upgrade?
