Hi,

I am using datapipe as my cloud provider. I installed manager on a
dedicated node.

I then tried to add two servers. The below is the error I get on both.

I can ping 103.4.112.121 from my mac but not from datapipe. Any ideas why
I cant ping?

    Hi David,

    Are you still having this problem? Your other messages suggest you made it
    past this point.
    For the record, I suspect the problem is/was the default firewall that the
    cloud provider has.
    You need to make sure the firewall is open to allow incoming pings to the
    server and outgoing
    pings from the cluster hosts.
