Revert Cloudera Enterprise Manager to free edition

Never mind - I found the relevant rows in the configs tabel in postgres and
things are running as expected...

For future reference for others check the config_containers table for the
scm config id and then delete from configs where the config_container_id is
the id previously found.

I'm glad it worked for you, but note that deleting the licence from the
database only
works cleanly if you have previously deleted the enterprise-only 'mgmt'
service from CM
as well. Otherwise the server will fail to start.
