Dear bc,
I write a query in my hive database for searching words from one table in another table. I write "SELECT cbd.* FROM cbd WHERE fname NOT IN ( SELECT fname FROM cbd_new )" hive query. But it returns error "FAILED: Parse Error: line 1:43 cannot recognize input near 'SELECT' 'fname' 'FROM' in expression specification". Please help us to resolve the problem.
