I'm going to update these instructions as soon as I can to take advantage
of Cloudera Manager's new AWS integration feature. This will make setting

The Impala EC2 instructions at

not work with the instance types m2.4xlarge and hs1.8xlarge. The instances
come up but have 1 or 0 ephemeral disk (where HDFS data is stored),
respectively. There should be 2 and 24 ephemeral disks, respectively, for
the 2 instance types. How can this be fixed?
Thanks.
