4.9 is a simlink to 4.8 since upstream did not respin media. Since we
needed the 4.8 media, we also needed the 4.8 os tree for installs. That
meant that we just added the 4.9 (and newer) RPMs to the updates directory.
4.8 and 4.9 will go to the vault together.
