starting with Cat 5.5 C::P::Static::Simple and C::P::Compress::Zlib
stopped working together. The reason is the use of streaming I/O
($c->res->body is a filehandle) in Static::Simple.
The attached patch against C::P::Compress::Zlib (svn) fixes this.
