Here I am congratulating myself for not having any of these problems and
United Online (Juno) has blocked mail access for an entire range
xxx.yyy.zzz.abc/24 at my webhost.
Fortunately they are very responsive and have routed my mail through a
different part of their network that is not blocked...
Yay for somebody with brains.
