There's some magic you need to do to get the readline library linked
correctly on Solaris. Please search our mailing list archives to find
the details; I don't recall offhand.

Kris Houghton: Postgres Support, I have been trying to start psql demodb database that I created and every time I get a core dump.. initdb and createdb worked just fine. When I attempt psql demodb I get a core dump .. ( NOT GOOD ) Please review output below. I have also included a core dump using gdb.
