FAQ
What is your hadoop and pig version? Did you set the environment variable
"PIG_HADOOP_VERSION", which is "18" if hadoop is 0.18.3?
I think this line should be added to the Pig official web site.

My Hadoop is working fine .

I am using hadoop 0.18.3 and pi 0.2.0 . Can anyone help me in finding what
the problem is . I have been stuck in this problem for quite some time now

The netstat output shows fine. The jps output also looks ok. So what should
be the problem

Regards

Babu
