This bug has been fixed in SVN.

If this was a documentation problem, the fix will appear on pear.php.net
by the end of next Sunday (CET).

If this was a problem with the pear.php.net website, the change should
be live shortly.

Otherwise, the fix will appear in the package's next release.

Implementation of feature request #5914 is broken, it contains a call to
a nonexistent function.

I've added a pull request with the fix:

Test script:
require_once 'HTTP/Header.php';

$header = new HTTP_Header();
$header->prettify = true;

Expected result:
Camel-Cased headers are sent.

Actual result:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function uctitle() in .../HTTP/Header.php
on line 274
