Please provide a simple script (10 lines or less)
or a link to an external script that can be used
to reproduce the bug.

If the phpdoc part contains accented characters using utf-8 encoded
files, the server responds weird string in the Description field.

Solution would be:

in RPC2/Server.php
298. $method->autoDocument($this->encoding);

in RPC2/Server/Method.php
324. public function autoDocument($encoding='ISO-8859-1')
329. $help = nl2br(htmlentities($this->_help, ENT_COMPAT, $encoding));
342. $doc = htmlentities($parameter['doc'], ENT_COMPAT, $encoding);

Maybe the other Server.php files must be changed.
