This is a validation package, so determining the card type based on
card number is out of scope.

I do see benefits for Validate_* packages to provide methods to return
possible values, or do reverse resolving, but this is not the current
approach for these packages.

The type() method seems pointless to me unless you already know the
card type. It would be better to have it either return the card type or
add a method to do so. I shouldn't have to loop through a bunch of types
testing type() to see which one it is.
