I don't think it matters which order they arrive in, though, to the
tongue, it rolls much easier with "C and B". Also, the Cathedral was
(usually) the centre of the town and town life, at the foot of which,
would be the bazaar. :)

I favour "Cathedral and the Bizarre" myself...
