Frankly, I'll be happy to make it as close to be zero work for you guys
either way. I'm perfectly willing to prepare patches every time I
release a new Locale-Codes and submit it. I can either do the full
distro, or the subset of files which are actually necessary
(Makefile.PL, the modules, the tests). Hopefully I've learned enough of
the process this time that future patches should go in without requiring
20+ messages :-).

If that meets with your approval, I'll be happy to do so. I would
probably appreciate someone 'watching over my shoulder' the first time
or two since this is all still pretty new to me, but I see no reason
that you guys should be required to maintain Locale-Codes core,
especially since it really should require regular updates.
