FAQ
The difference is made quite clear from the API documentation. However,
let me reiterate:

The Close command closes the current top-level browsing context, i.e.
the window or tab. If it is the last context open, the session is
closed as if the Quit command was called implicitly.

The Quit command closes all top-level browsing contexts and ends the
active session.
