[spree-user] Can Spree shop be accessible only authorized customers?

Hi,

I'll develop an e-commerce site which sells dental tools.
We'd like to allow only authorized dentists to access the site and purchase
products after login.

Is there a extension for that or would it be easy to implement that way
with spree?
