[Redis] [redis-db] programmatically SCAN keys

Hello All,

I had some trouble in understanding how to programatically get all the keys
in a REDIS database using the SCAN command (I did not found some easy
tutorial documentation about this).

So I coded on https://github.com/bstarynk/misc-basile/blob/master/redis-scan.c
a single file source code showing how to do that.

(If someone wants to add that to some tutorial, feel free to do that. If
the GPLv3+ license is not ok; I might dual-license the code under some
other OSI approved opensource license since it is a few hours hack)
