FAQ
OK so I used the @Table annotation and set the schema in that line. That
works to get the tables created in the desired schema, but unfortunately
foreign key constraints and indexes have generated SQL that is incorrect.
The fk_ and ix_ prefixes are put before the schema name instead of before
the object names - e.g. fk_myschema.mytable. Does anyone else use a
non-default schema? I'm thinking of ditching this approach as it doesn't
seem to be supported.
