[memcached-session-manager] can't find memcached-session-manager-tc7-1.6.3.jar

You can find the jars on maven central:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/de/javakaffee/msm/

Sorry that I missed to upload the jars also to the google code downloads
site, I'm doing this right now.
