[go-nuts] Specify -ldflags -H=windowsgui on a per binary executable basis?

Is there a way to specify "-ldflags -H=windowsgui" as part of a 'go
install" command for just a subset, or one, of the binary executable being
built within a project?

Issue #2565 <https://github.com/golang/go/issues/2565> appears to indicate
that a source loader tag has not yet been implemented. Any chance this has
been implemented and the Issue not yet updated? (Once can always hope...)

If not, any suggestions for the most reasonable workaround for this need?
