Since ncurses is not available on Windows hosts it links PDCurses. PDCurses
lacks a fair amount of functionality that ncurses provides so many
functions will not be available to Windows users. Also, installation is a
bit more difficult on Windows than on Linux and OSX. There is a link on the
main page to detailed installation and usage instructions.
I can't promise it will all go smoothly so issue reports and contributions
are welcome.
