FAQ
I'm having a heck of a time building draw2dgl. macports installed the prerequisite libs fine, but
go get code.google.com/p/draw2d/draw2dgl
package gl: unrecognized import path "gl"

Do I need to patch the package to import github.com/banthar/gl?
Also:
github.com/banthar/gl
gl.go:6:21: error: GL/glew.h: No such file or directory
ls /opt/local/include/GL
/opt/local/include/GL/glew.h
cd ~/gocode/src/github.com/banthar/gl/
go build -x -gcflags '-I /opt/local/include'
WORK=/var/folders/w7/56xf4t7n3kn8zf8dtbb_vqs00000gn/T/go-build108397769
mkdir -p $WORK/github.com/banthar/gl/_obj/
cd /Users/glenn/gocode/src/github.com/banthar/gl
/usr/local/go/pkg/tool/darwin_amd64/cgo -objdir $WORK/github.com/banthar/gl/_obj/ -- -I $WORK/github.com/banthar/gl/_obj/ gl.go
# github.com/banthar/gl
gl.go:6:21: error: GL/glew.h: No such file or directory

How do I get 'go build' to find the macports-installed openGL?

Thanks,
--Glenn
