Now that `go vet` does type checking, it's already unable to vet some
sources not for this platform (like in the syscall.TCGETS case).

With this CL, vet doesn't break anymore. I know that this isn't the
ideal solution, but do you have any idea that enables vet to do type
checking and still vet sources that do not type check in the current
platform?
