Does anyone who is familiar with the build scripts know where this eval
happens, so perhaps we could catch the exception and at least provide some
clues, such as the has statement that it was attempting to verify or what
stage of the build we were in?

Also, Bill noticed that he has a much nicer exception stack coming from
Node, which points out that we're still running with Rhino on the build
machines. Which should we be using for our nightlies and releases?

I just checked in a fix. The build tool tries to evaluate the has.add()
condition and was failing because win.doc wasn't defined (presumably
because node is not a browser):

has.add("events-mousewheel", 'onmousewheel' in win.doc);

Regression from last night's build. Any ideas where this is failing or
how it regressed? I don't see any build related checkins recently.
