1. CF doesn't provide HA database support out the box, yet.
2. A droplet should have write permissions to its local files; although
these are not persisted across droplet restarts. Could you post some more
detailed error messages please.
3. UAA = User Authorization and Authentication -
http://blog.cloudfoundry.org/2012/07/23/uaa-intro/. I'm under the
impression that going forward all auth will be done via UAA.

I installed cloudfoundry in my lab. And have few questions about it,

*Question 1*:
Is CF provide HA for databases too. Like if one MySql node is down, it
will transfer all databases on that node to other node. Is is possible,
because my test result shows that, If one node is down, all databases on
that node will be down or become offline.

*Question 2*:
I try to install OpenEMR, it is open source and developed in PHP. It needs
some write permissions on directory and files. How I give these
permissions. I do not find any way.

*Question 3*:
What is UAA service. My CF is working fine without it, then when I need
this service.
