Hi there,

I enabled the plugin, but the server fails to start with amqp_client
error. I disable the management console, and it still fails. Looks like
it is unable to remove the console plugin.

I think I may see the problem. Pluggins get expanded into the Application
Data folder in Windows. On this machine they have that folder redirected
to a network share. So, the server is having problems finding that
    location.

I can't see a way to tell rabbitmq-plugins to expand to a different folder.

    Try setting %RABBITMQ_PLUGINS_EXPAND_DIR%

    (as per http://www.rabbitmq.com/relocate.html)

though you may want to set RABBITMQ_MNESIA_BASE instead, to place the
message store (as well as the expanded plug-ins) on a local disk.
