GSoC 2009 Application

Hi All,

The application process starts today for Google Summer of Code 2009,
I've looked at the ideas page and while we have some good suggestions
I'm sure we could have some more.

Feel free to add any ideas you have, this includes the PEAR and PECL
projects who I've cc'd to this mail. The more details you can give for
an idea the better.
