Re: Smoke [5.9.2] 23805 FAIL(XF) sunos 5.6 (sparc/1 cpu)

I'm seeing a pattern here. 64-bit ints and/or uselongdouble, in both cases,
seem to be causing things with Math/BigInt/t/mbi_rand.t, as Tels
mentioned a while back; there also may be something with Memoize/t/speed.t,
since from my examination while an attempt seems to have been made to have
it use times instead of time, via the substitution of my_time, it doesn't
actually appear to have been put into place (and $COARSE_TIME doesn't seem to
do anything, and is being turned on in some cases after already having been
set by default?).
