No. I haven't done any upgrade.

I just restarted my server and then tried to restart data node and got
this error. after this I made a silly mistake of shutting down whole
cluster and then both the nodes are not getting connected and giving
same error.

    OK, that's quite a problem you have there.
    I would make a copy of the filesystems, subdirecties called like ndb_3_fs/, of both data nodes. Just to make sure you have a copy of your data (if it's not to big and can fit your hard disk)

    Then start one node with the --nowait-nodes option, something like this:
    ndbd --nowait-nodes=<other-node-id>
    so it starst without the other one.
    If that works, check if all you data is available and make a backup.

    Never had this problem before, so I'm not sure this procedure will work. Just make sure you have a backup before doing anything.
