svn move collections/tempo/src/java/org/apache/or collections/tempo/src/java/org/apache/orp

then apply the patch.
will commit when 'ant' is done testing all the collections.
change refs of "OR" -> "ORP"

as discussed on the list, we should not use "or" as it is ambiguous, english stopword, etc etc
So this patch changes references to "or" in pkg names etc to "orp".
