Otis Gospodnetic resolved LUCENE-865.
-------------------------------------

Resolution: Fixed
Lucene Fields: [New, Patch Available] (was: [Patch Available, New])

This was already fixed in SpellChecker.java - I can see the same type of code is there in the current version of SpellChecker.java. Also, all spellchecker unit tests pass now.

SpellChecker not working because of stale IndexSearcher
-------------------------------------------------------

Key: LUCENE-865
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LUCENE-865
Project: Lucene - Java
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Search
Affects Versions: 2.1
Reporter: Raiko Eckstein
Assignee: Otis Gospodnetic
Priority: Trivial
Attachments: LUCENE-865 SpellChecker.patch

The SpellChecker unit test did not work, because of a stale IndexReader and IndexSearcher instance after calling indexDictionary(Dictionary).
