I've got a Noir app that we're doing a private beta with right now and
will go live in a month or so. It's actually two App Engine apps (an
API and a website), both Noir w/ appengine-magic. I haven't hit any
lasting road blocks or even real pain points yet, and now that I'm
using it I really prefer it to anything else.
The few times I've hit issues, Chris has been willing to make
accommodating changes if he felt they were necessary and valuable.
(Same goes for Constantine with appengine-magic.)

2 on their way to prod in less than 3 months. One to visualize medical records,
the other one to do some data entry to bridge semantics between systems.
Another one planned for first semester 2012 to do medical record data entry.
All of them using some Clojure Script.

largest Noir app in existence and perhaps one of the largest Clojure
websites out there: https://www.readyforzero.com/
