Good job, Filip. The address would be:
tomcat-user-unsubscribe-Petra.Hora=herold.at@jakarta.apache.org

I just sent to that address, so we shall see.

If I have these two lines in a jsp:

<%! String loginLink = ("login.jsp"); %>
<%! String advLink = ("users/adv_scanner.jsp"); %>

then 3.2.1 gives me a 404 (not a 500) when I try to access the page.
How can that be?

If I eliminate *either* line, one at a time, then there is no problem.

Well, since it's "herold.at" I hope that it's not a small enough
outfit so everyone went on vacation together :)

I wrote to [email protected: postm...@herold.at] but no answer yet. I also wrote to
this list's owner. If anybody knows off a faster means to contact the
list owner, *please* do so  :>

Thanks. I assume there is no workaround, then. So I must disable the
restriction (on rh7). Would you happen to know how? The security
implications of that don't apply to my case.

Else I'll have to run apache, too, just to get the listening port on
80.

if it's in the hosts file (and some versions of windows required you
to be online - yes zi know he's no using windows). But 127.0.0.1 should always
work for local loopback.
