Hi list.

When I modify JSP files, sometimes servlet error occurr as follows.

-- error
Generated servlet error:
/opt/tomcat/work/XXXX.jsp:487: Variable XXXXX may not have been initialized.

By restarting tomcat, this servlet error disappears and everything works okay.

I am using the following setup:
OS:Solaris 8
TOMCAT:4.0.3
JRE :1.4.0_01

- I found same case in Tomcat Bugzilla(BUG#:11882),but I can not find any
solution.

Does somebody know solution?

Best regards.
