It looks like this:
%post
(
do your stuff here
)  2>&1 | tee /root/post-install.log

works except for 1 item.
I do a yum udpate in the post section and NONE of the data
that gets printed during the yum update was logged.
Everything else was logged just fine.

Any idea there?
