How to get the client locale in a formclass?

Hi there,

Is there a way, to access the client locale inside a
constructor of a form class.

My problem is, that I've got a date field (string
property) in the form class that should be initialized
depending on the client locale. I'd like to initialize
the date string in the constructor of the bean.

Does my idea work that way?
