Subject: RFC: deprecation of various Security Service methods

Hi,

I just added methods to the Security Service which return the users in
the system no longer as an array of objects but as a list of
objects. These are

SecurityService / BaseSecurityService getUserList
PassiveUserManager / DBUserManager /
LDAPUserManager / TorqueUserManager retrieveList

This actually removes some code, because all of the retrieveList
methods already had a List but converted it into an array of objects.

To complement this, I'd like to deprecate the following methods:

User [] getUsers(Criteria crit) in SecurityService / BaseSecurityService
User [] retrieveList(Criteria crit) in the various User Managers

any objections to this?

Regards
Henning
