[P5P] win32 smoke black?

In a flurry of furious fixing Schwern has, as of commit
0116b4a3a61a9b2658b4d97d27bcee78753a6be8 in
https://github.com/Perl-Toolchain-Gang/ExtUtils-MakeMaker , repaired
all the currently known issues in EUMM and made all the tests pass;
so,
if you'd update the EUMM in core to that version, you'd remove a
bunch
of the smoke. :)

6.63_02 just went out with the fixes.
Thanks, just pushed to blead. My Win32 build passes all tests now :-)
